Dental LCD 3D Printer

Enhanced Light Uniformity Utilizes an integrated Fresnel lens light source, ensuring perpen dicular light projection onto the LCD screen for high imaging fidelity and uniform light power distribution. Superior Precision Capable of high-precision printing of standard dental models within a ±50μm accuracy range. The printed models feature smooth, streak-free surfaces with fine details. With high uniformi ty calibration, the restoration accuracy of re-scanned models can exceed 90%. Larger Printing Area Equipped with a 13.6-inch printing screen and a large build area of 298 mm × 165 mm, the printer supports high-efficiency production—capable of printing up to 18 half-arch C-type models or 30 quarter-arch models with articulators in a single run. Optimized for a 25.6 mm standard layer height in combina tion with proprietary resin and process parameters, the full print can be completed in just 90 minutes.
