On July 15, Chamlion’s 2025 Mid-Year Meeting was successfully held at its headquarters in Nanjing. The meeting brought together the core global team to jointly outline Chamlion’s globalization development blueprint through data reviews, technical discussions, and cross-cultural dialogue.

At the mid-year meeting, Operations Director Wu Mei provided a detailed analysis of the operational status and goal achievements across regions in the first half of the year. Through data comparison and root cause analysis, she clarified the next phase’s action directions. Vice President of Finance Yang Shanmei shared the core financial data for the first half of 2025, focusing on changes in raw materials, labor, equipment, R&D investment, and operational efficiency, and analyzed the financial pressures and countermeasures for the second half of the year. Technical Director Ren Qizhou and Materials R&D Manager Zhang Ao gave in-depth reports on the progress of raw materials, software, and equipment development. Global Data Center Head Lu Sheng reported on the global design service layout and proposed new ideas for global collaboration to address customer diversification and cost control.

The overseas executive team brought cutting-edge market insights and innovative strategic thinking. Franco De Sano, Head of Southern and Eastern Europe; Thiago Quelhas, Head of France; and Laura Kelly, Head of North America, analyzed the competitive landscape in their respective regions, assessed industry trends, and defined key priorities for the second half of the year. Chamlion International CEO Axel Klarmeyer provided a broader perspective on the European and American markets, integrating market realities and customer preferences to sketch out a clear growth path for the future.

Hosted by Vice President Mr. Zhang Qun, Chairman Wang Lin engaged in a candid and in-depth dialogue with overseas executives on the “Opportunities and Challenges in Expanding the European and American Markets.” Regarding opportunities and challenges, Wang Lin noted that the strong addition of the overseas team is both a blessing and a challenge.
