Turn on the air conditioner 30 minutes in advance to ensure the constant indoor temperature before running the printer. It is recommended that the temperature be kept at 18-25°C and the humidity should be ≤15%.

The temperature of the water chiller should be set from 24°C to 26°C (26°C is recommended in summer), otherwise it may cause equipment alarm or condensation.

Turn off the water chiller while turn off the printer to prevent moisture or condensation caused by excessive temperature difference.

Replace the cooling water every 6 months and clean the impurities in the water cooler. Due to the high temperature, the deterioration of the cooling water will also be accelerated, and the deteriorated cooling water will affect the normal operation of the water cooler and the relevant optical system of metal 3D printer.

The powder should be sealed to avoid moisture absorption. Cobalt-chromium powder should be dried under vacuum-0.1MPa and maintain 120℃ for 3 hours. Titanium powder can’t be dried.
